Capella Singapore is a dramatic fusion of colonial history and futuristic architecture. The core of the hotel consists of two restored Tanah Merah colonial bungalows dating back to the 1880s, which originally served as mess halls for British officers. These historic structures are seamlessly integrated into a modern, curved masterpiece designed by Sir Norman Foster (Foster + Partners).
